ACCOMMODATION.
Situated in Flamingo Hills III, Playa Flamenca.
The ground floor apartment has a very large lounge, kitchen & two large bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite shower room, TV & Video.
Bedroom 2 has 1 Kingsize bed plus 2 addittional single beds, TV & Video.
A cot and car seat for babies is available at no extra cost along with stroller, baby bath and booster seat for eating at the dinning table.
There is also a second Seperate shower room and toilet.
Tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including 42 inch Panasonic plasma TV with UK channels, DVD player & VCR.
A safe for your valuables is provided.
Air Conditioning is provided through a coin operated box, this is so you can pay for air con if you wish but not get charged for it if you do not use it i.e. in the set price.
The large Kitchen has an American style WHIRLPOOL fridge freezer with filtered ice maker and cold drinking water. There is also a water filter tap by the sink so no need to buy bottled water.
Washing machine, Hob & Oven, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. Plus all utensils. Ironing board & Iron.
Acces to a WiFi router is availible should you bring a compatible PDA, LapTop or i-phone

OUTSIDE.
Patio area with table and chairs and Sun loungers. The use of the two Community Pools which are situated very close to the property. Also in the swimming pool area is the newly built Petanca Court. We have a set of Boule for the Petanca in the apartment.
AIRPORTS.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive to the north and Murcia airport about 25 minutes drive to the south.
Pick Up and Dropping Off at the airports can be arranged at an additional cost as there is plenty to do without the need to drive. Please E/mail for a quote.
CAR HIRE.
This can be done at the airports or localy.
THINGS TO DO.
There are three championship Golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The beaches of Playa Flamenca & La Zenia are two minutes drive or 15 minutes walk away. There are numerous Bars & Restaurants within a few minutes walk, and the popular Flamenca Centre is only five minutes walk away. Go-Karting, Tennis and Horse Riding facilities are nearby. The famous Playa Flamenca Market on a Saturday is one not to be missed. The nearest town is Torrevieja which is ten minutes drive away. It is a lovely town with Beaches, harbour and plenty to see and do including a water park. Benidorm with its many attractions is approx 80 minutes away as is the famous Mar Menor and La Manga strip. A brand new Sports centre has recently opened is only 2 minutes walk away comprising of an indoor pool(heated in winter) Tennis courts, Paddle courts, 5 a side courts and Basketball. The local football team Orihuela Costa F.C. play their home games here
WELCOME PACK.
A welcome pack can be ordered for 15 euros. Pack consists of Milk, Sugar, Fruit Juice, Bread, Eggs, Jam, Coffee and Tea Bags. Or perhaps you could just let us know your requirements and we will try our best to get them for you.
