Suitable for all ages Calahonda is the place to be if you want the most from your holiday - Golf, Water Sports, Trekking, Horse Riding, Site Seeing, Eating Out, Shopping or just laying about on the Beatifull Beaches, these are all on offer in Calahonda. The area is also trouble free where you can walk the streets safely late into the night.

Malaga airport - 30 minutes, Fuengirola - 10 minutes, Puerto Banus - 10 minutes, Marbella - 10 minutes, Gibralter - 60 minutes

Suitable for families, couples, or the senior amongst you the apartment is located in a quiet and secure complex (Alcores de Calahonda) with access via remote control security gates. The complex is ideally situated within the holiday resort of Calahonda with breathtaking views to the front and rural open countryside to the rear and side. The complex offers 3 swimming pools, one of the pools is just to the rear of the apartment. You don't hear any noise from the pool area and it is never crowded. Don't be suprised if you and your family are often the only ones using the pool area, but please I cannot guarantee this. On a clear day you can also see Gibralter from the pool area. The complex also has a selection of grassed areas, palm trees, flowers beds and play park all of which are tastefully lit at night which makes for an idyllic setting.

The apartment itself is 3 meters from a private parking bay, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). Both bathrooms have a bath / shower with the master bathroom having a whirlpool bath. It has a large patio to the front and rear with access via patio doors from both bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The separate kitchen has all the facilities you would expect to find in your own home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2 singles in the other bedroom. The living room has a pull out sofa bed allowing 2 adults to be accommodated comfortably. The apartment and furniture are all in very good order. Satellite TV is installed in the apartment along with a 26 inch flat screen. If you take a laptop the complex has Wifi and also the apartment has an internet base station where you can plug in direct. The rates are very low and can be pre-arranged. We also have 2 small TV's / DVD's for the bedrooms but they are not connected to the sattelite.

A small road train stops at the end of the road (5 min walk) which will take you to all the local shops and beach. In order for you to get the most from your stay a car is recommended for at least part of your holiday, however, not essential.

My agents (Steve and Michelle) live on the complex and will be present on your arrival to hand over keys, ensure the hot water and fridge/freezer are on, show you how everything works and to generally ensure that you are happy. On request they can also provide the following: Airport collection, pre-arrival food packs, car hire and laundry service.
Steve and Michelle are very friendly and have a great deal of knowledge about the area. They are there to ensure your holiday goes well and are always happy to take time to explain something to you or just have a general chat.

For those of you booking during the winter months the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is about a two hour drive.

If you are a smoker the balcony area is covered so no problems with smoking on the balcony.
