Ground Floor

Kitchen
A fully functional and equipped fitted German kitchen incorporating microwave oven, built in oven and American-style fridge, beautifully finished with thick black granite work surfaces and Villeroy & Boch china, glassware and cutlery. The multi-function US-style fridge dispenses iced water as well as cubed and crushed ice. A table and chairs provides a handy breakfast and snack eating place.

Lounge/Dining Room
A stylish, light and airy room looking out to the terrace, garden and swimming pool with ample leather seating and a 42" flat screen TV, CD/MP3 stereo and DVD player. A variety of paper-back books and CDs are available for your use. For your convenience, as well as the ceiling lighting there are numerous lamps, both standard type and table. The dining table seats 8 people.

The lounge diner has two sets of patio doors leading out to the terrace, garden and swimming pool.

Study
Accessed from the lounge, the office has a PC and wireless internet access. There is also a collection of family games one can use. Patio doors lead out to the garden, which has an 8m x 4m swimming pool with stepped access.

Bedroom 5
With twin beds and closet. Vanity Unit, mirror. Bedside cabinets.

W.C./Shower Room
Additional space off the downstairs bedroom becomes a second hall and lends itself to a shower room and cloakroom.

Utility Room
Accessed from the kitchen, the utility room is in the same style as the kitchen, including granite work surfaces, and is fully equipped with both washing machine and tumble drier as well as ironing board, iron, mops and sundries.

Terrace & Garden
Tiled shaded area with seating overlooking the swimming pool and garden. For your convenience there is a car port to the side of the property, which also acts as a shelter from the sun for your vehicle. The garden is watered automatically via the irrigation system. The pool is maintained weekly, so don’t be too alarmed if the pool man arrives one afternoon to hoover the pool and check the chlorine/PH levels. We encourage safety around and in the pool, which includes the supervision of children and not swimming near the sump drain or putting one’s hands near the skimmers.

Car Port
Located to the side of the house, accessed via the private driveway to these 7 luxury villas, one of which is owned by the Resort Owner and Developer.


FIRST FLOOR

4 bedrooms, each named after famous UK golf courses, are accompanied by a 4-piece family bathroom and stairs to the third floor Games room.

Wentworth Suite with En-suite
A stylishly furnished twin bedded room with two double wardrobes, chest of drawers, hair drier and dual aspect windows with en-suite facilities including bidet, Jacuzzi bath and power shower. Alarm/clock radio and bedside lamps.

Augusta Suite
A comfortable and large twin bedded room with two double wardrobes and chest of drawers. Alarm/clock radio and bedside lamps.

Sunningdale Suite
A tasteful twin bedded room with double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Alarm/clock radio and bedside lamps.

Gleneagles Suite
A twin bedded room with double wardrobes and chest of drawers. Alarm/clock radio and bedside lamps.

Family bathroom
An attractive bathroom which as well as a sink unit, lighted mirror and toilet, includes a bidet, bath and power shower.

All bedrooms benefit from panoramic views of the golf courses and come equipped with digital alarm clocks so as not to miss that early morning tee off. Each bedroom also has roll-down shutters which, as well as keeping direct sun out of the bedroom during the day, act as black-out curtains, handy for those wishing to sleep a little later.


SECOND FLOOR – Games Room

A lovely airy open area boasting professional pool table and bar football with plenty of leather seating, occasional tables, a CD/MP3 stereo, flatscreen tv and a drinks fridge. This large room leads out on to the terrace - perfect for calm, breezy, balmy evenings to enjoy the ultimate barbeque overlooking the pool area and magnificent views of the surrounding golf courses. The 18th green is in front of the house to the left. The 27th green can be viewed about 50m to the left of the 18th green.

Regarding the games, we ask that care is taken when playing with both the bar futbol an. Cue chalk is left on the stereo cabinet, as are a set of snooker balls, should you wish to break from bar pool for a change. Regretfully the pool table isn’t perfect for snooker, but the set of balls are there should you fancy a change. Whilst there is no charge for playing on the pool table (!), unfortunately the bar futbol requires a €1 coin to play for each game. We had a choice for charging with the pool table (and chose free!), but there was no choice with the bar futbol and it requires modification for free play. We trust this doesn’t cause any inconvenience and we always do try and leave a small plate of €1 coins for use in the bar futbol.

Golf
By renting the villa you will have the opportunity to play on Mosa Golf. There are various deals at the momenht, which include the use of a buggy.

Cleaning Service
Should you require special cleaning during your stay this can be pre-arranged or you can call the house rep to arrange during your stay as you require. The house will be ready for your occupation on arrival, of course, and there is a fully equipped utility room for your use should you require. The house will be cleaned on your departure but we do ask for the house to be vacated by 10.30am. Later check out may be possible, but will have to be pre-arranged.
