Recently refurbished apartment near Levante Beach and the lively commercial Mediterranean Avenue.

The apartment is in the corner of the building with a large terrace that goes around the apartment, all the rooms receive plenty of sunlight and have impressive views of the sea, the mountains and the Benidorm skyline. The terrace is furnished with chairs and a table in case you want to eat outdoors, sunbathe or just enjoy the beautiful views.

Inside you would find three stylist decorated bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed, two other bedrooms) (sleeps 5). Kitchen completely equipped with washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). Sitting room opens into the terrace and it has satellite tv, DVD, CD player, etc. Heating & cooling air conditioning in sitting room

The apartment is in a gated complex and it counts with communal swimming pool, gardens, playground, car park, restaurants).

You will be in a very relaxing complex but at a walking distance of the Levante Beach and all the Benidorm amusements. But for those not wishing to walk, bus no. 31 will take you to Levante Beach (only one stop as it is a very short distance).
