A beautifully furnished apartment with good-sized balcony and Patio furniture.
There is immediate access (same level as apartment) to a delightful shared pool/sun terrace with sun beds etc. with a further pool situated in the lower garden area. A private gate gives direct access to the adjoining unspoilt beach, beach bars etc.

SITUATION:
The nearest Golf/Country club is the beautiful Duquesa Golf some 2 min away, with the more prestigious courses of Sotogrande, San Rouque and Valderrama all within 30 min.
The quaint white hill top villages e.g. Casares and Gaucin are easily accessible and a little further into the hills are historic Seville and Rhonda. Puerto Banus (25min drive) playground of the rich and famous is a MUST for a visit. Marbella 30min and Estapona 15min. Gibraltar 30min.



TRAVEL:

Malaga Airport is a 55min. drive on the new E15 (AP 7) Autopista toll road or 1hr. 10 min on the old N340. A taxi can be arranged but car hire is recommended (excellent rates and cheap fuel). For the price of a taxi to and from Malaga a car can be hired for 2 weeks.
Comprehensive directions can be provided from the Airport to you door, together with other useful information.

ACCOMODATION:

Bedroom 1: 2 large twins beds , 2 built in wardrobes en suit bathroom with marble walls, toilet, Jacuzzi with shower, bidet and wash basin.

Bedroom 2: 2 large twins built in wardrobe, 2nd bathroom with marble walls, toilet, bath/ shower and wash basin.


Kitchen: Separate fully fitted kitchen, large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, juicer and toaster.
Utility room: Washing machine, microwave, iron and board, airer.

Living room: Large lounge/dining area, beautifully furnished, including an extremely comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation. Laundry service and cleaning are available during your stay on request at cost price payable locally.
All linen and bedding is provided except beach towels. Energy costs are included

The apartment has marble floors throughout, air - conditioning/heating Sat TV. and its own underground parking space reached via electric gates. In addition Marina Real has 24hr on site security surveillance
.


SHOPPING/MARKETS:

There are many excellent weekly outdoor markets e.g.
Puerto Banus (enormous) Sotogrande, Sabinillas, Estapona, SanPedro. A marvellous shopping mall at La Canada (Marbella) opens 7 days a week, except Fiesta days, as well as Costa Marbella at Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus itself is full of designer shops and boutiques an Art Gallery and ethnic market.

WHEEL CHAIR FRIENDLY:

The property is fully accessible by wheel chair from all areas i.e. car park-marina – beach and pool.

ACTIVITIES:

Fishing: off the rocks or the beach 2 mins walk from the apartment.
Deep sea fishing also available from marina.
Sailing: From the Marina - 34 ft.ocean going sloop
Dolphin and whale watching trips: Available from the marina.
Tennis available at Duquesa Golf --- 2 mins by car. Need own equipment.
Hiking and Bird watching in nearby hills.
Theme Parks, Zoo and Cable Car to the mountains: are at Fuengirola and Benalmadena (45 to 50 minutes drive)





BOOKING NOTES:

1. Change over day Saturday can be flexible depending on bookings
2. The guests will be asked to complete a simple booking form and return it together with a deposit of 30% to hold the apartment. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure, plus a refundable deposit of £100.00 for breakages/loss of keys etc.
