At Las Rocas you can enjoy the privacy of a grand villa with a heated pool, large garden and breathtaking ocean views combined with easy access to long uncrowded sandy beaches and the unspoilt beauty of Andalucia. And at the end of the day just relax and watch spectacular sunsets as the sun goes down over the ocean.

The villa sleeps 12 people over three levels. It is ideal for large family groups or you and your friends and is attractively furnished with all home comforts. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and we convert one of the sitting rooms which has sofabeds to provide a 6th bedroom. The villa is stylishly decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, three lounges (one with a log fire). Satellite (Sky) TV/DVD/Video/CD, WiFi internet access, games, films and books will keep you occupied if you are also wanting to enjoy the indoors.

Outside, the pool terrace and gardens provide plenty of sun and shade and a barbecue area. All bedrooms enjoy great views - the upstairs bedrooms share a large sun terrace, the downstairs bedroom opens onto the gated pool terrace and the remaining 2 bedrooms are linked with a shared bathroom and open onto a garden terrace close to the pool. The villa is ideal for children and cots and high chairs are available on request.

Countryside walks are immediately from the villa front gate towards the hills or in the other directions a 10 minute walk downhill to the magnificent unspoilt beaches.

Arriving at the villa is one of my most treasured feelings. I love the house, the views, the beaches and the area. I have loved restoring it over the years and adding to it each year with the comfort and pleasure of my guests in mind, hoping they will enjoy the villa too. The area is so like the Cape in South Africa, where I was born. I now live in the UK and stay at the villa whenever I can. I hope you get to enjoy it too.
