Luxury detached 2 bedroom villa located just one minute walk from the idyllic established town of Roldan with all its amenities and just 15 minutes drive from Murcia, San Javier airport, the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and some of the best golf in Southeast Spain. Alicante airport is 45 minutes to the North. The newly opened golf complex of La Torre is just 3 mins away.

This dream holiday home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with two double bedrooms, 2 double bathrooms a luxury fitted American-style modern, well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room and a huge 30SqM Solarium (Sun Terrace), private garden and private off-road parking. The villa is tastefully furnished and is set in its own 200SqM plot close to the exquisite communal swimming pool. All properties on the development are beautifully detached or semi-detached villas built to the highest specifications. This detached property comes fully air-conditioned which can also be used to provide heat for the winter evenings.

The area has something for everyone. The villa is ideally located just 1 minute walk from the town centre; bars, restaurants, banks, leisure centre, pharmacy, health centre, sports centre, gym, taxi rank, bus station, church, police station, vets, post office are literally on your doorstep so no need to drive if you don’t want to. La Torre golf has recently been opened and is just 3 minutes away additionally, there are several championship golf courses within 10-30 minutes drive. The world renowned resort of Mar Menor, a lagoon with crystalline waters, a heaven-on-earth for water sports fans and warm waters for bathing throughout the year is just a 15 minute drive away.

The town of Roldan is located in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, el Campo de Cartegenia, ideally situated in one of the most sought after areas of Costa Calida which is highly esteemed as charming and beautiful all over Europe, hence called the new “Costa del Golf”. The array of towns and spas, located in the area, offer the most extensive cultural, leisure and shopping facilities. The International Festivals of jazz and Theatre are held in the town of San Javier. Furthermore, Torre Pacheco has the headquarters of the grand exhibition centre of the Region of Murcia and one of the most important in Spain.

Roldan holds the “Lo Ferro” Flamenco Festival of nationwide interest and several other Fiestas that take place throughout the year, therefore highlighting the joyful character of this town. The town also holds a market every Monday. The nearby large commercial centres together with the traditional trade and weekly street markets make this area a paradise for shoppers. Roldan is a traditional town where its inhabitants focus on agriculture, handicrafts, and artisan work. Its people closely associate themselves with the Capital Murcia and the nearby seaport of Cartegena, two local cosmopolitan cities.

The town is peaceful, well away from mass tourism but boasts all the amenities needed to make your stay a truly memorable one. You can do your daily shopping in the street market, enjoy delicious aperitifs on the large solarium, or walk out for dinner and the typical nightlife of Southern Spain. You could also try out the many facilities and nightlife at the nearby La Torre golf resort an outstanding Polaris World development. At sunset, just walk along the centennial orchards embellished with waterwheels and water mills, and culminate your walk that never toils on hearing the distant bell toll that still sets time in Roldan.

The Costa Calida area is also blessed with approximately 3,000 hours of sunshine a year.

25% Deposit payable on booking.
60€(Low Season), 75€ payable direct to cleaner for cleaning on exit/collection of keys. A full house clean, inside and outside will be done prior to arrival.
Final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

We have recently had an electricity meter fitted to try to control the usage of electricity particularly with air conditioning as some guest have abused it in the past by leaving the air-con units on whilst they are out all day. This has not only meant we have incurred huge electricity bills but we’ve also had to replace 2 out of the 3 units which is also very costly. I’m sure you will appreciate our villa rental is quite cheap and we would like it to stay that way to remain that way to continue to attract returning guest so, we’ve therefore taken on the cost of having a meter fitted and will provide each guest with a 25 euro card for each week booked inclusive in the prices above) which we have been advised should be adequate during any season. Any usage above this amount will have to be purchased and can be done so by contacting property manager who will provide a top up service as required. Please note, we have tried this for a whole summer season and it seems to work. No guests have gone over the amount included in the rental charge and have also been more mindful about not leaving the aircon etc on when not in the property. Our notice is purely precautionary to cover both parties in the event of over usage.

We've now tested the electricity usage confirm €25 has been sufficient covering both summer and winter bookings. We have therefore decided to continue with this system and will include as above €25 electricity card for each week booked.
