EXTERIOR - an Italian architect designed this beautiful Mediterranean style villa with an arcade of columns on the terraces of the lower and upper levels. There is an outside area for BBQ parties. On a lower level terrace there is a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with a gate for a child safety. The terrace is very spacious to throw a lavish party for large quantity of guests or just enjoy the sun on the lounge chairs by swimming pool.
INTERIOR – Marble floors throughout the villa with plenty of windows provide plenty of light and space. Fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet with full height mirrors.
LOCATION - It doesn't get any better than this! The back door of the lower level terrace opens straight to a secluded (private-like) beach. While the postal address shows Torreguadiaro, the villa is literally within walking distance (approx. 15-20 min) to Sotogrande Port with its world renowned golf courses, marina, stylish nightlife, best restaurants on the coast and other famous attractions. The walkway to Sotogrande lies through famous with its windsurfing, traditional surfing, cozy chiringitos Torreguadiaro sandy and clean beach.
