<This modern 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small, select urbanisation on the edge of a pine forest and five minutes from a beautiful sandy beach. The immaculately presented apartment sleeps 4-6 persons and comprises of a lounge/dining room, with open kitchen. In the lounge is a twin sofa bed, television and DVD player. The kitchen area has a microwave oven/grill, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are two well furnished bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both having built in wardrobes. We also have a travel cot should you need it. The bathroom comprises of a good shower, bath, toilet, hand basin and bidet. The apartment has a large patio and is furnished with a garden table, umbrella and six chairs. A storeroom off the patio houses other equipment which you are welcome to use during your stay, such as two sets of golf clubs, beach chairs and body boards. We have a fluent English/Spanish speaking agent who is available should you encounter any problems during your stay.

As our guest you are eligible for membership of the Club de Tenis de La Barrosa, which is a couple of minutes’ walk up the road from our apartment and offers numerous tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, a swimming pool which is open during the high season and a restaurant which is open all year. However, the tennis club does charge for use of its facilities. The apartment is ideally situated between a pine forest and a tranquil park, which has a small children’s activity area.

The apartment is a ten-minute walk from the magnificent 8 km sandy beach of La Barrosa, which has been awarded blue flag status since its inception. There are numerous bars and restaurants along the beautiful promenade. The stunning 36 hole Severiano Ballesteros designed golf course at Novo Sancti Petri is also some ten minutes’ from the apartment.

The area is very Spanish but without the high rise buildings so typical of the other Costas and many of the holidaymakers are from Madrid and Seville. The locals are very friendly and welcoming.

It is recommended that you hire a car during your stay as there are numerous places to visit such as the interesting white villages of Vejer and Medina Sidonia, or larger cities such as Seville, Cadiz and Jerez. Donana National Park is also within easy reach, as is Gibraltar, and Tarifa.

Bed linen and bath/hand towels are included in the price. However, we do ask that you bring your own beach towels. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable six weeks before departure. A further £100 key deposit is required, returnable after inspection of the apartment and receipt of the keys. Our agent can provide an optional Food Hamper on your arrival to the apartment for a charge of 20 Euros. This could be useful for those travelling on late flights.

Strictly no smoking and no pets. Guests are requested to arrive at the apartment after 16:00 hours and vacate by 10:00 hours on the final day.
