Located just 5 minutes by car from Puerto Banus, in the centre of one of the wealthiest areas of Spain, the apartment is ideally positioned to benefit from all the local attractions and yet maintain a peaceful and relaxing setting for your holiday.

Los Pinos is a low density development, with beautifully landscaped gardens incorporated within the very spacious overall design. Apartments are arranged over a maximum of three floors, ensuring that your holiday does not involve the ‘tower block’ effect of other developments.

This ground floor air-conditioned/heated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is set within a totally secure gated community, complete with private parking and is furnished and equipped to a high standard and consists of:

Entrance hall leading to a comfortable lounge with open fireplace and doors opening onto a shaded balcony which is equipped with teak tables and chairs - Dining area with seating for 6 people. Fitted kitchen fully-equipped with Bosch appliances - The main bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and large ensuite marble bathroom - The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and marble bathroom adjacent. Both bedrooms access onto a very sunny private patio with sunloungers.

Set in the valley called Golf Paradise the apartment is located opposite the clubhouse of the prestigious Aloha Golf Course and there are 5 more golf courses nearby. The facilities at the club house include a bar and restaurant and there are several more bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Nueva Andalucia has for the last 25 years been the most desirable residential area on the southern coast of Spain. Nueva Andalucia is as its name suggests is based on traditional Andalusian architecture and design for all the villas and apartments. The area has a village feeling in beautiful surroundings with a combination of luxurious villas and many excellent developments.

For those wanting more action, the lively resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banús are just a short distance away. A security and key deposit of £250 (350 euros) is required, payable with your final payment. It will be returned to you within approx 10 working days after the completion of your holiday. Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of loss or damage caused, other than by fair wear and tear, or for excessive cleaning or for loss of keys.

SPECIAL RATES FOR 4 WEEKS OR MORE.

Prices include bed linen and bath towels upon arrival. During a 2 week stay a midterm clean and laundry change is provided.

Check in is at 3 p.m. (local time). Check out is at 10.00 a.m. (local time) on day of departure. Late departure will be charged at 20 euros per hour and will be deducted directly from your security deposit. If you leave the apartment before your departure date you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

In some cases younger parties may not be permitted. Where this is the case, you will be informed at the time of booking and the restriction will be confirmed to you on your Booking Confirmation.

We reserve the right to pass on to you any bank charges and other costs we incur or if wehave to re-present a cheque.
