Just made available as from Feb '12! This cozy first floor apartment has a good-sized terrace in the front, with a magnificent view of the beach and the Bay of Pollença. To bathe, or to feel the warmth of the sand beneath your feet, all you have to do is cross the street. This beach is without a doubt the biggest and best in all of the Bay.

Fully equipped American-style kitchen, ample living/dining space, separate bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. Sofa in the living room converts into 2 separate beds, so a total of 4 people can be accomodated comfortably. Central air conditioning, and overhead fan in the bedroom for those who might prefer it.

The charming port and town are just a short, interesting 10 minute walk along the beach.

Especially those who don't yet know Pto Pollensa should see the last foto, which gives you an idea of the spectacular surroundings and of where the apartment is located.

Please note that during June-Sept, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Also, please note that if the apartment here appears to be taken, we have another apartment in the same building which might still be available (also Sat-Sat), so don't hestitate to ask.

Finally, we advise that the palm tree to the right as you look out from the terrace became infected last year and was cut down, so the view now is totally unobstructed.
