The terrace is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and the communal swimming pool.

The apartment has all the modern facilities, linen provided, TV, fans, heaters. The modern kitchen has cooking utensils and all the necessary electrical appliances to make life easy such as oven, ceramic cook top,microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator.

Very close to restaurants, super markets, shops, white towns and lots of places of interest. Municipal Bus Stop in front of the building. You will find a folder with all the important information in the apartment to guide you in your stay.

Fuengirola is located only 20 minutes drive from MALAGA International airport and has very good transport facilities. Train from Airport to Fuengirola (every 30 minutes).
In Fuengirola you can catch trains and buses to Mijas, Marbella, Malaga, Seville, Ronda, etc.
Fuengirola is a good place to visit and discover the Costa del Sol, Gibraltar, cross to Marroco from Algeciras, Cádiz, Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba, Ubeda, etc.


There are fantastic supermarkets very close, like Lidl, Euromarket, Mercadona, Eroski.
Also very good shopping centres like Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus and Malaga, La Canada shopping centre driving to Marbella or the new Miramar Centre in Fuengirola which is quite big and has a lot of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, cinemas, and Eroski supermarket .
Plaza Mayor is another lovely new shopping centre, restaurants, cinemas, etc and is located near the airport on the Parador de Golf exit from the freeway.


Ten Percent (10%) holding deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable one month before occupancy.
