This Penthouse apartment is set in one of the quieter areas in Spains Costa Del Sol, this property will literally take your breath away with its beautiful views of the Mediterranean.

Sea Golf Regency has 6 terraced levels of apartments. The top level where the penthouse is located commands the best views available in the complex. This Penthouse is even more fortunate as it is slightly more south west facing and therefore has one of the most unrestricted views from the terrace towards Gibraltar which is quite spectacular.

The Penthouse also boasts a poolside storage facility with 4 comfortable loungers available and water floats for you to use. This saves having to carry heavy loungers to and from the pool. There are also fishing rods for you to use down at the beach should you wish.

The apartment is set on two floors and has a wonderfully open feel with plenty of natural light and unrivalled views from the lounge over the terrace to the sea beyond. It has a galleried master bedroom with en-suite shower and spacious bathroom. From the top floor bedroom one can also look out to the sea. The owners of this property have included a superb twin speaker system for you to relax and unwind listening to music in the softly lit bedroom in the evenings.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a large low-level window looking out to the swimming pool and enjoys the evening sun. The twin room also has it’s own television and PlayStation (doubling up as a DVD player) should the children not last a week without them. There are also a couple of extra pull out beds if you require up to 6 people to stay in the property. In the second bedroom there is also a shower and bath.

The apartment has beautiful terracotta tiles throughout and from the top floor bedroom area one can overlook the lounge below. There would be enough room in the top bedroom for at least another couple of beds if required as it is extremely spacious and open plan. As you come down the stairs you arrive into the lounge...

The lounge has an amazing sea view and is equipped with DVD player and a flat LCD TV with Sky TV. There is an extremely comfy sofa that actually supports your head when you relax. Nothing worse on holiday than an uncomfy sofa! There is also a cot and high chair (available only on request) should you require them.

For golf lovers, Alcaidesa makes an excellent base. There is a championship 18 hole links course, developed by Peter Alliss – the only one on the Spanish Costas. It is also only 10 minutes drive to the famous Valderrama golf course and five mins from San Roque and Sotogrande. Another new golf course is presently being developed on Alcaidesa with a couple of the greens being located behind the apartment.

There is an excellent large supermarket located within a few minutes of the penthouse towards Sotogrande. The exclusive port of Sotogrande is only five mins drive away with plenty of restaurants and café bars located on along the harbour front. There are also several restaurants and bars on the Alcaidesa complex and after May of each year several beach bars appear right up until September.

The beach at Alcaidesa is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches on the Costa Del Sol. It is sandy and stretches for over three miles so there is plenty of space. There are also watersports available including windsurfing and sailing.

Distance to Alcaidesa from Malaga/Gibraltar Airports. In the car it only takes about 1 hour on the pay toll road (E7) from Malaga and approximately 10 minutes from Gibraltar Airport.

The penthouse is always cleaned before arrival and freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided. Please have your own towels for the pool.
A linen change will be provided at the end of the first week if 2 consecutive weeks booked . Cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.
There is also a separate key service and someone for you to call upon 24 hours a day should you need to.
