Prado Golf is a new gated complex located on the Isla Canela Golf Course, with large swimming pool, childrens pool, childrens play area, spacious grounds, free tennis and the clubhouse nearby.

With private parking, lifts and easy access, this luxury apartment enjoys afternoon and evening sun, dining facilities for four and table and chairs for four on the balcony.

The large sofa bed makes it an easy and comfortable accommodation for four.

The Isla Canela course is a challenging 18-hole course for all types of golfers featuring practice area, high quality clubhouse with restaurant, bar and pool. Residents receive a discount off green fees (approx. 38 Euros per round). There are many other courses within half an hours drive.

Isla Canela is located in a tranquil and unspoiled area of the Costa de la Luz on the western part of the Andalucia coastline facing the Atlantic ocean. It is a natural island connected by a road bridge to Ayamonte in the province of Huelva.

It is situated very close to the border of Portugal in an area also known as the Spanish Algarve. It is a fantastic region for enjoying golf, sun, five miles of beaches, sailing, cycling, culture and scenic nature reserves and bird sanctuaries.

The Isla Canela resort comprises of a Golf course, vast fine sandy beaches, a modern leisure marina, luxury hotels, small commercial centres, restaurants ands cafes. It is also home to a small fishing village as well as a large protected bird sanctuary.

The nearby town of Ayamonte is a bustling Spanish whitewashed town with many bars, cafes and restaurants and shops.

Airports: Faro 45 minutes, Seville 75minutes
7kms of golden sand beaches are 1km away.
Whitewashed town of Ayamonte 5 minutes away by car.

I am an account director for a PR and marketing communications consultancy based in Preston, Lancashire.

I live in Southport nearby and enjoy going out to Isla Canela whenver time allows with my family.

Myself and my wife Ann love the diversity of the area with the town of Ayamonte with its squares and busy restaurants, bars and cafes but equally its peaceful beaches and the range of activities.

Equally, we like Prado Golf, a private home from home.
