Large luxury 3 bedroom apartment which is set in a security gated complex over looking Isla Canela golf Course.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with full en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, the bedroom opens out onto 2 terraces. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with full en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, the bedroom opens out onto a terrace, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and separate shower room with toilet and basin, this bedroom opens out on to its own terrace.

The large kitchen is fully fitted with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils, there is a table & 4 chairs. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facility in the utility room.

Spacious Lounge/Dining room which consists of large dining table and 6 chairs, New Flat Screen TV/Satellite, DVD/CD player (with selection of films and music), 2 sofas, one of which is a good quality sofa bed. The lounge leads out onto a large private terrace overlooking the 6th green and 7th fairway of the Isla Canela golf course, with patio loungers, table and 6 chairs. The view of the morning sunrise from this terrace is breathtaking as you lookout past the golf course on to the large protected bird sanctuary and nature reserve.

The secure complex area of El Rinco Del Golf with its 68 properties has 1 large swimming pool and 1 smaller children’s pool with separate play area. All the surrounding area of the pools and the play area are laid to lawn with pathways, there are toilets/changing facilities and showers at the pool side, which in season has a lifeguard. There are 2 tennis courts and a basket ball shooting court which are adjacent and bespoke to the complex, the golf club house and 5 star golf hotel which is a short walk away, offers great food and drink.

Golf

Isla Canela offers an 18 hole course, with driving range, putting green and lessons available from the resident pro, you will also enjoy reduced green fees for residents.

There are a further 10 additional golf course all within a 40 minute drive of the apartment, several of which are in Portugal, two are only 15 minutes away. Details of these courses are available in the apartment.

Surrounding Area
Isla Canela is a tranquil and unspoilt part of Spain, made up of three main areas, the golf course, beach and marina. It is a natural island connected to the traditional Spanish town of Ayamonte by a bridge, its location is very close to the border of Portugal and is known as the Spanish Algarve. The transfer time from Faro international airport to Isla Canela is only 45minutes, and the beautiful Spanish city of Seville is only 70 minutes drive, which also has a well serviced airport. The local town of Ayamonte offers authentic Spanish restaurants and tapas bars as does Isla Canela, Ayamonte also has a fresh fish & meat market. The 7 KM beautiful beach is only 1.5 KM away (approx 5 minutes by car) and has a new modern marina complex with tasteful bars and restaurants.
