Casa Arboleda is a newly built luxury Spanish holiday villa situated in beautiful rural surroundings a short distance from the market town of Albox. Our luxury Spanish villa, which sleeps up to 8, is situated in the stunning Andalucian countryside of South East Spain. The local beaches of Mojacar and Garrucha, Almeira and Murcia Airports and some excellent golf courses are all within easy reach.

Furnished and finished to a very high standard, this modern luxury holiday villa combines Spanish styling with all the comforts of modern living. A beautiful swimming pool with terrace and shower. The villa has a fully covered raised terrace to two sides. The interior comprises a large fully equipped modern kitchen with beech units and marble work surfaces leading to a very large lounge and dining area with feature fireplace and widescreen satellite television. Three spacious bedrooms two doubles, one with en suite facilities and a family bathroom. The twin bedroom also contains a futon style sofa bed which will easily increase the sleeping facilities from 6 to 8 if required. The villa has tiled floors throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge,to ensure maximum comfort in the hot summers and also provide welcome heating in the cooler winter months.

The 9m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled patio area complete with sun loungers. In addition, there is also 25m of covered terrace complete with wooden dining furniture and an electric grill for those perfect warm summer evenings.

Casa Arboleda is situated in the very rural and peaceful surroundings of the Andalucian hills. Sit and relax by the pool with a superb view of Sierra Nevada Mountains in the distance and the beautiful olive groves and palms of the Alhambra Valley.

The luxury villa is situated 3km from the centre of Albox with the two superb courses of Val de Este and Desert Springs - both within 30 minutes drive.

Albox has a thriving market every Tuesday and the town has everything you could possibly need within a very short drive. Other towns in the area have their own local markets throughout the week.
