This newly refurbished villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, TV, and patio doors opening on to the balcony overlooking the pool, and 1 twin bedded room, both with fitted wardrobes, plus double sofa bed in lounge, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink plus downstairs wc. Modern fitted Kitchen with halogen hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and full compliment of crockery, crystal glasses and utensils. Dining room with 6 seater dining table, lounge directly overlooking the secluded pool (shared between 6 villas only) with 3 piece suite, 32" flat screen TV, Satellite, with 70 English channels, full package - Sports, Movies, ITV, BBC, etc. DVD and selection of recent movies, including kids films, stereo/radio. Patio / Pool area with outside shower, sun loungers, patio table and 6 chairs and BBQ. Newly refurbished, new linen and towels.

The Villa is fully air conditioned (and heated for winter months) with ample car parking space to the rear.

Mosa Trajectum is a private resort with 24 hour gated security, allowing only residents and guests access, and is bordered by a nature reserve and the Murcia mountains. (Mosa is in a no-fly zone so peace is guaranteed!) The resort is beautifully maintained with hard landscaped areas, palm tree lined roads, gardened areas and ponds. Mosa is a peaceful, relaxed resort yet is only a short drive away from the nightlife if required.

Currently on site, and just a short stroll away is the "Parador", a 400 year old farm house converted into a hotel complex and an a la carte restaurant and outdoor day and night, snack bar. Also on site is Billis Bar, a sports bar with large screen TVs showing all the major sporting events and a pizza restaurant.

The resort lies just 15 mins drive from the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Murcia with its many restaurants, tapas bars, designer clothes shops, baroque cathedral and bull fighting ring and only 25 mins drive to the coast and the beaches of La Manga, Mar Menor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja and 45 mins from Alicante. Just outside of Murcia city centre is the brand new shopping and leisure complex to complement the newly built football stadium.

After a round of golf (or instead of!) you can relax with a drink or a meal at the bar or make a purchase from the golf shop.

The price is inclusive of cleaning, towels and bed linen.
