The new villa is in Valsol in Javea, Xabia in Valencian way. As you can see on Google maps the villa is surrounded by a nature reserve. You wake up with the sound of birds, and walk straight into the forest with pinetrees, palmtrees, wild herbs and flowers. There are routes for walking and a crossroute through the forest for mountainbiking.
In the surrounding is a wide choice of beaches and small bays.
Everything in the villa is on one level. There are several terraces around the house and there is always a place in sun or shadow. For wheelchair users there is acces to the terraces and the pool. The pool has Roman stairs and around the pool is pleasant soft artificial grass.
Every bedroom has airconditioning and a fan on the ceiling. Ceiling fans are also on the covered terrace and in the kitchen.
There is free WiFi internet and satelite-tv. Restaurants within walking distance.
