Our apartment is situated right in the heart of Marbella overlooking the sea front and the beautiful pedestrianized Avenida del Mar just a short stroll from the old town it has stunning views to the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coast and also the mountains. It is comfortably furnished and equipped. It is next to the four star Elfuerte hotel with its leisure centre open to non residents.

The area around Marbella
Only 35 minutes from Malaga Airport. Proximity to approximately 20 golf courses. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Just a short stroll to the old town. The apartment is very quiet as it is situated in a traffic free area. Underground parking available and safe deposit box in the apartment.
