Absolutely beautiful townhouse with 3.5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, & 3 terraces with sensational sea views. Situated on the lovely Golf & Beach Resort of Playa Macenas between the mountains of Sierra Cabrera and the Mediterranean Sea. Walk to the Golf & Beach Club with it's wonderful facilities.
This fully furnished Townhouse has been most tastefully finished with Aircon in all rooms. The bright, spacious lounge with sea views has patio doors leading to a terrace. The kitchen has an open plan dining area also with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen consists of - 4 ring electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, & ample storage. Patio doors lead to a fair size terrace/garden area with mountain views and only a few steps away from a nice sized swimming pool. Master bedroom comprises double bed & large built in wardrobe with en suite bath, double sink, separate wc & bidet.Second double bedroom has built in wardrobe with patio doors leading to a terrace with sea and mountain views. There is a separate toilet/wc and shower room beside it. Twin bedroom has built in wardrobe & separate wc, shower & sink. A studio room / den on the first floor can be used for various purposes and has a comfortable sofabed to sleep 2 if necessary. The resort has 24hr security watch & access in operation.
The 5* Beach Club with its top class facilities is within walking distance, including a superb infinity pool and children's pool, sauna, spa, fully equipped gym, plus a lounge & terrace bar. Easy access to the Beach. A discount is given on golfing fees.

The 18 hole, par 68 golf course, designed by Eric Sanger, has stunning views down to the sea. Large pro shop with lessons available. Local Golf Courses include Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Marina Golf.

Other Local attractions are:
Cabo de Gata Natural Park with its UNESCO biosphere reserve.
The European Tabernas Desert.
Mini Hollywood Studios at Tabernas Desert where the spagetti Westerns have been filmed.
Have a fun day with the children at the Vera Water Park!!
Beautiful unspoilt beaches with many restaurants and bars.


If you feel like a change of scenery try skiing in Sierra Nevada. It is around a 2 hour drive away. Enjoy a holiday with sun, sea, snow and golf!
