THE PROPERTY AND THEIR SURROUNDINGS
It is a nice Andalusian cottage built in a 350m plot. It is located in a relaxing area right in the border of the golf course. The house has two floors equipped with all the facilities (ex. air condition and heating) You will find a good balance between modernity and tradition.
The garden is simply delicious, full of flowers, pines and an olive tree. The gardener take care about all, so you just have to enjoy it. There is also a private park place and a direct access to the golf course through the garden.
The cottage is part of a quiet neighborhood with less than fifteen properties. There is a swimming pool for this small estate. It is ready to use it the whole year.
The beach is just 500m from the cottage. It is a 14km beach of white sand. You can go walking, by bike or by car.
Novo Sancti-Petri is a secure area. In spite of this, there is a private security team.
Interesting places in the area: five golf course, natural parks, commercial centers, restaurants, pubs, disco, coffee shops, internet cafe, cinema, church, museums, central market.
WHAT TO DO
Sunbathing in one of the white sand beaches.
Take the boat to the castle Sancti-Petri located in a small island close to the coast.
Enjoy Cádiz as the cultural capital and the oldest city of Europe.
Visit the vineyards and wine cellar of Jerez (or Xerez).
Surf in Tarifa.
Do other activities in the sea like whale watch, diving, kite surf, among others.
A one day trip to Morrocco (only one hour and a half from Chiclana).
Go to the central markets with plenty of fresh seafood or to the many restaurants, cinemas, disco, etc.
Enjoy a flamenco spectacle (all the year), carnival of Cádiz (February), world motorbike championship (May), horse races in the beach of Sanlúcar de Barrameda (August) or a concert in the beach (mainly in summer).

Swimming, golf, cycling, fishing, horse riding, parachute, sailing, tennis, aquatic ski, windsurf, bowling.
WHAT TO EAT
Tapas (small dishes of different food). Gazpacho (a tomato fresh soup).
Fresh tuna (May-July) fished in the coast of Cádiz.
The famous wine of Jerez (XEREZ) and Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Manzanilla).
