The villa has been fully renovated to a high standard and provides comfortable and sociable living spaces with an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area. It has 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

French doors lead out to a large patio area with a fabulous free form swimming pool with plenty of room for all, perfect for swimming and playing. Ideal for children with wide steps for easy, safe access. Shallow end of 1.2 metre and deep end of 1.8 metres.

There is a spacious covered naya ideal for dining and relaxing in the shade which leads out to the very spacious terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.

A rustic wooden bridge leads from the terrace to a full size tennis court and basket balls nets with a large pelota (ball games) wall. There is also a boules/petanque court for a less energetic, but equally fun time.

Evenings can be spent outside in the well lit garden and pool area. Cooking outside on the BBQ or paella ring is great fun and nothing beats an after dinner swim!

You are very welcome to bring your pet(s), we have great walks on our doorstep into the countryside and a large secure shaded enclosure for them when you want to go out without them.

We are 5 mins from bars in the village, 10 mins from shops in the local town and 15 mins from beautiful & historical Xativa which has many shops, bars and restaurants as well as a fantastic castle and great market twice a week. Towards the coast is Simat de la Valldigna with more shops and bars and the Monestary which is well worth visiting.

Valencia is only 45 mins away on a great clean and inexpensive train service which goes directly into the heart of the city. Its a fantastically interesting and vibrant place to visit with many historical attractions as well as the now famous City of Arts and Science. Its also filled with great shops, markets, bars and restaurants.

We have many fantastic blue flag beaches on the coast including from 20 mins drive including Tavernes, Xeraco, Cullera, Gandia, Oliva and Piles ranging from large sandy beaches in resorts to small tucked away coves and beaches that not many people know about. The sea is clear, clean and safe for swimming.

Prices are in £sterling but can be paid in Euros at the relevant exchange rate. Reservation fees are unfortunately non refundable. If you would like to request a 'Welcome Pack' please let us know when the balance payment is due. The property will be fully cleaned before you arrive. Our change over day is a Saturday. Guests will have access the villa from 3pm on the day of their arrival and are required to vacate the villa by 11am on the day of their departure. This is to enable time for the property to be cleaned before the next guests arrive. A fully refundable breakages deposit of £200 is required to be paid with the balance. This will be refunded 2 days after your departure via internet transfer (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Please ensure you have adequate travel/holiday insurance.
If you are coming from an EU country remember to bring your EHIC card in case you need emergency medical treatment.
We have a non-smoking policy inside the house but you are welcome to smoke outside.
We welcome your pets and provide disposable sacks for your use in the collection of droppings that might occur in the grounds of the house. This is to ensure cleanliness and the safety of all guests. Casa A Vent is easily accessible by car/on foot and is mainly on one level. The pool is not fenced. The pool and gardens are attended to once or twice a week to ensure they are kept in good order. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
