At 500 meters walking distance from the beach, 700 meters walking distance from the center of Playa de Aro and 100 meters from the community swimming pool. As a tenant of the apartment you have passes for 5 persons to use the communal swimming pool, tennis court and mini golf.
At 400 meters from the apartment is a small supermarket where you can buy daily fresh bread.
The apartment (with an area of 52 sqm) consists of:
- one double bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe
- a bathroom with bath. The bathroom also houses the washing machine.
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker)
- a dining / living room with sliding doors to a large terrace (approx. 15 sqm), where in summer you can eat outside and relax of the setting sun.
The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into two beds. Therefore 6 persons can sleep in the apartment.
The entire apartment has central heating (electric radiators).
The apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player, radio / CD player.
The property overlooks the communal garden with a slide for the kids.
In front of the building you have room to park your car. Also in front of the building is another park.
Playa de Aro is a perfect holiday resort where throughout the whole year you have something nice to do. Beautiful beaches, shops, souvenirs shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife, a water park for all ages, a playground for the children etc. Also Playa de Aro is an excellent base for day trips to the beautiful interior of Catalonia, visiting Girona, Barcelona, beautiful pituresque fishing villages along the coast, etc.
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment. Also pets are not allowed.
