Easily accessible from the airports of Valencia (1.15h) and Alicante (1h) is Frayola casa, a lovely cottage for 7 persons (6 single beds and a cot) to enjoy a relaxing sunny holiday. The casa has a private pool (8 x 4 m), outside shower, outdoor terrace with bbq and porch. The casa is divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. All rooms are on one floor, tastefully decorated and equipped with the necessary equipment. There is private parking for 2 cars.
This house offers great comfort and is an excellent starting point for a successful holiday. In the vicinity are tennis courts (children's camps, classes), golf, water sports (classes) and many other sports such as fitness, horse riding, cycling, climbing, walking, etc. The casa is located in the beautiful area between Calpe and Moraira, with many supermarkets, shops, restaurants and terraces. Calpe and Moraira, both less than 10 minutes drive, have nice sandy beaches. And between these places are numerous small beaches. Typical Spanish villages are a short drive inland from the casa. Are you still bored? You can also follow a Spanish language course, learn to cook Spanish, or follow a painting workshop.

The area has the most hours of sunshine a year. There is a small microclimate. The humidity on the coast is very high and therefore healthy for body and respiratory system. Many people would therefore hibernate. The region is known for its relatively soft, warm summers and mild winters, with lots of sunshine and low rainfall, it never freezes.

The price is excluding the required cleaning of €100,- This has to be paid cash when you pick up the keys.

Internet access is €20,- for a week, request upon booking.

Special winterdiscounts for stays from one month or more: 1050€/month. included: central heating, electricity.

In case of excessive use of washing machine/heating, cost will be deducted from the deposit.

The deposit will be refunded within one week after departure and inspection of the house for defects/damage.
