Surrounded by Orange Groves, the apartment is located directly at one of the most famous Golf Courses of the area, and only 15 minutes away from Vinarós and its beaches. Panoramica Golf is the only Golf Course in Spain, designed by Bernhard Langer and it is a challenging Par 72, 18 Hole Course. The whole location is surrounded by orange und olive trees and offers a wide range of a wide range of activities.
The owner of the apartment is German and lives close to Barcelona. Therefore he is nearby the property and communication is possible as well in English as in German or Spanish.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, a living room with a bed sofa, 2 bath rooms, a completely equipped kitchen and a large terrace with south west orientation, and offers room for a maximum of 6 persons. Besides that it has air conditioning in all rooms and a parking space.
The apartment supplies free access to a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Padel (kind of mini tennis, which is very popular in Spain). Additionally there is a 18 hole Pitch and Put Golf Course, so that even beginners can play Golf, several tennis courts and a small football court. For Pitch and Put, tennis and futbol special prices are available.
Panoramica Golf is located right next to the Costa del Azahar and is only 15 minutes away from the beaches of Vinaros and Alcanar and 30 minutes from Peñiscola and Benicarlo.
The closest airports are Reus (about 45 minutes) and Barcelona and Valencia (each about 90 minutes). Besides the beaches of the Costa del Alzahar the area offers a wide range of activities, such as amusement and water parks (for example Port Aventura), local cultural events and tourist attractions (for example Peñiscola, Morella and Castellón) and an almost unlimited variety of sports activities. Furthermore two of the major Spanish cities, Barcelona and Valencia are in a 1,5 hour drive and can be reached as well as by car as with public transportation.
Panoramica Golf includes several bars and restaurants and a small supermarket. Besides that the small towns on the nearby coast offer all possibilities for shopping and restaurants of all types.
