This attractive apartment is ideally situated in La zenia which is 10 mins drive south of Torrevieja. (this is not a package holiday area). Ideal for quiet relaxing holidays, golfing or longer stays. The apartment is air conditioned, comfortably furnished,the kitchen has all modern facilities, there is also cable T.V. with English channels. The large patio which overlooks the pool (privacy is provided by a low hedge ) gets the sun in the morning and afternoon.There is also a large front garden where you can sit out and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops are only 2-10 mins walk away. La Zenia Blue Flag Beach is only 10 mins walk, from where you can walk to other beaches via a beautiful coast line path, or a short drive.
Travel
Alicante airport is 45 mins drive and Murcia airport is 20 mins drive.
Pick-ups can be arranged for approx 80 euros return.
Car hire is not essential but recommended. There is a good bus service into Torrevieja and a taxi costs approx 10 euro.
Golf
If you are a golf enthusiast there are 3 well known golf courses within a 10 minute drive - Villamartin, Campamor and Las Ramblas.
Things to do
Benidorm is approx one and a half hours drive away, with its numerous attractions, which include Terra Mitica Theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Animal Park.
Elche - famous for its shoes and their factory shops
Coach trips - you can be collected at the nearby bus stop
Markets - there is a large street market in Torrevieja every Friday and one in Playa Flamenca every Saturday morning.
Tennis, gym, sauna, fishing and go -karting are all nearby.

Booking Notes
To reserve the apartment a non returnable deposit of £50 per week is required. The balance is due 8 weeks before booking is within 8 weeks full payment is required. a refundable breakage/cleanliness deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival. A management fee of 45 euro is payable on arrival.
