Set off a quiet country lane in the heart of Pollensa's beautiful countryside this delightful stone clad villa is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the peace and quiet of a Mallorcan life is approached through electric gates, into a large gravelled private parking area.
The property is on one level so ideal for all.
Villa Ca'n Petit is in an ideal location between Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa, nestled into Mallorcan countryside boasting stunning views over the dramatic Tramontana Mountains,yet only a five minute drive to cafes, tapas bars and restuarants.
The beach at Puerto Pollensa is again five minutes away, and Cala St Vincent just a little further with its small coves, great sand and azure blue sea.
Set within two acres of land, Ca'n Petit shares this plot with its sister villa, clever landscaping keeps it well screened and private. Adjacent to the villa is a small building where a delightful local keeps his fruit, but it has no impact whatsoever on the villa. Within the grounds are orange, lemon, almond and fig trees as well as grape vines.
Originally the building was probably used as a farm building. It has been sympathetically renovated by its present owners, Joe and Ali, to provide charming and comfortable accommodation.
It is furnished to a high standard, with Mediterranean terracotta tiles, inner stone walls and exposed beams.
Entering through the large main front door takes you into the spacious open plan kitchen/lounge dining area.
The sloping beamed high ceilings, combined with the stonework, lend character to the property and create appealing accommodation. The stylish compact blue tiled kitchen has all modern conveniences, with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.
It also has its own reverse osmosis water filter for the water from our own well, so no bottled water is needed here!
A built in wall safe is provided.
A separate utility room outside houses the washing machine, rotary clothes line and water softener.
There is a dining table in the kitchen area, with high-backed chairs. The lounge area has two comfy leather sofas, coffee table and woodburner for cosy winter evenings.
Also provided is satellite TV with BBC and ITV, DVD, stereo and docking and Wi-Fi internet connection.
From the lounge is a glass panelled conservatory style corridor leading to the bedrooms have feature stonework, high beamed ceilings and air-conditioning.
The twin bedroom has bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, bedside lights and alarm clock. Another wardrobe is situated in the corridor.
The double room, with its large comfy bed,has a wardrobe, bedside cabinets,alarm clock, and hair-dryer.
From this room you can sit in bed and see the mountains above the pool!
They share the contemporary tiled walk-in shower wet-room, with WC and basin.
Patio doors lead from the double bedroom to the pool terrace where there is the large private mosaic tiled pool. This is 8m x 4m, with depth of about 1m to 2m. Four roman steps lead into the crystal clear water. Comfortable sun loungers adorn the area, with sunshade and table and chairs for the pool-side alfresco lunch.
There is another covered patio area at the side of the villa with comfortable furniture for that evening sundowner, watching the sun go down over the mountains and enjoying the essence of a Mediterranean lifestyle.

We live just north of Bristol and have been in property letting for more years that we care to remember. In view of our business, we believe we are in good stead to provide great accommodation with all that is entails, and is well received by everyone.
There are six children in the extended family and they all love their time on the island. We are regularly down there, looking after and improving the property. Dirty job but somebody has to do it!
