A very pretty house with a bougainvillea-covered patio and a gated pool. Close to a tiny hamlet and very private & peaceful.
Perfect for outdoor living. A shady terrace with handmade Moroccan-blue mosaic table, alongside sun loungers for lazing away the days and a brick-built barbeque for those balmy summer evenings.
The villa is very safe for children, having a gated courtyard with an enclosed private pool.

Inside...
This baby & toddler friendly villa has been thoughtfully decorated to offer a comfortable home from home.
The sitting room leads to a small breakfast kitchen with full equipment.
Off the sitting area is a twin room with en-suite shower room, and a spacious master suite with a full bathroom and ample space for a cot.
The country villa has cool indoor spaces, and there is also a gentle osmosis air-conditioning system plus ceiling fans in every for very comfortable summer nights.
Outside...
There is a safely enclosed courtyard with a balustrade and safety gate to keep younger children away from the pool.
Children are free to go between the patio and the house quite safely without being able to escape anywhere!
There is a covered patio over to provide summer shade, and a barbeque just crying out for a steak or two.
The villa sits in wonderful Spanish countryside and apart from the buzz of the Cicadas and Bee-eaters it is very peaceful - only farmer Juan might occasionally put in an appearance with his tractor in the neighboring fields!
For the children…
Some pool toys are provided, but if the children should ever tire of the private swimming pool there is also a DVD player with some films and UK Freesat TV, plus a selection of games to keep them entertained.
There is a new play area within easy view of the kitchen, with a shady roof and equipped with small outdoor play equipment to keep the important people entertained!

The surrounding area...
The house sits in a little country hamlet close to the white hillside village of Casabermeja and near the main Malaga-Granada/Cordoba/Seville highway.
This is a perfect place for nature lovers and we are happy to give a lift to the nearest supermarket or a local restaurant for an evening out.
It is just half an hour from the historical city of Antequera, where you will find a beautiful old town and new indoor shopping centre
In the other direction you are also half an hour from Malaga, the beaches and the gateway to the wealth of attractions that the Costa del Sol has to offer for family holidays.
