Ideally located Panoramagolf Urb, this spacious well furnished home is only 50 meters from your communal pool which is gated for exclusive use of the Urbanisations guests. It comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bathrooms, and all rooms benefit from airconditioning. The garden has plenty of space to enjoy those summer days and evenings with table,chairs, sunloungers and brick BBQ.
The ground floor of the house consists of the living area with two comfy settees, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV showing english channels and dvd for your entertainment air conditioning, a twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers air conditioning, modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and a downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets,safe, airconditioning, TV, full length mirror, the other bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and airconditioning. Both bedrooms lead on to your private balcony with furniture. The main bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink.
The stairs continue on to your private solarium.
The house has an alarm and safe for your security.
You are just a 5 minute stroll from the picturesque Villamartin Plaza and Golf Course, where you will find a large selection of restaurents, bars, cafes, shops and bank. Your house is only 500 meters from Villamartin Golf course and you are just a short drive from Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Many more courses within 30 minute drive.
The beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and many others are just 5 minutes away.

OUT AND ABOUT IN THE LOCAL AREA
There is a cheap bus service which runs from nearby to the local beaches and supermarkets. We also can put you in touch with a taxi driver who will take you to local areas and also further afield. Available locally for the adventurous are Saliling, Marinas, Go-Karts, Quad Bikes, Horseriding and Cycling.
There is also the Water Park of Aquopolis in Torreveija which is open June to September. The Theme Park of Terra Mitica situated outside Benidorm is an hours drive, great place for some family fun.
The famous salt lakes of Torreveija with many types of wild fowl are just a 15 minute drive. There are several different nature walks to suit all levels of fitness and is a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air and a little bit of peace and quiet.
Why not take a drive out through the orange and lemon groves and see a bit of "real" Spain. There are many markets in the surrounding spanish villages. The historical site of Guadalest, set up in the mountains amongst stunning scenery is well worth a visit.

Final clean is to be paid in cash on arrival as follows:
€60 per clean up to 4 people then €5 per additional person.
Linen and towels and beach towels are provided.
Arrival and departure days are flexible.
We are happy to acdept either Pounds or Euros. The rate to be fixed on booking. No surcharges.
A deposit of 20% is taken on booking, the remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings taken within 8 weeks are to be paid in full oupon booking.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
You will be sent full written confirmation along with directions to your accommodation on receipt of your deposit.
Airport transfers, welcome packs, childs cot/highchaire, can all be arranged on request.
We accept no liablility for the loss of any valubles or any other insurance items.
We strongly advise all guest to take out adequate Travel Insurance.
