Villa Monte Carlo a traditional Spanish villa is very secluded in the quiet green hills of the luxury district Font de Sant Llorenc. The villa is strategically built on a hill bordering a green zone, while overlooking the Mediterranean. Located near the rustic Tossa de Mar and lively Lloret de Mar. Only 5 minutes away is one of several beautiful bays with a nice beach, a restaurant and port
The villa has something for everyone, a dip in the swimming pool (all located on the sunny days), lounging on the terrace overlooking the sea or read a book in the shade.
The villa is suitable for more than 7 persons and is equipped with a built apartment.
This cozy villa you enter the living room. It is equipped with satellite TV, fireplace and patio doors leading to the spacious terrace with luxury garden furniture, sun beds, umbrellas and pool going. A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
On the ground floor is the apartment with private facilities. This apartment has doors to the terrace for those who want some privacy. You will find a double bedroom with private bathroom and the kitchen and dining area where you enter the living room has two sofa beds located.
Groups with an average age under 25 years are not permitted in the villa!
