The villa is situated on the outskirts of the delightful, historic town of Pollensa. Just a 15-minute walk to the Town center.

"Ca’n Carles" is a traditional two-storey Majorcan villa that offers ample accommodation for all the family.

The ground floor has a twin bedroom, a living/dining room (with air conditioning/Heating), a bathroom and a kitchen with a pantry. Upstairs you find the master bedroom (with air conditioning/Heating), which boasts en-suite facilities with a dressing area and a sunny, private terrace. Three further bedrooms are on this floor: one twin, one single and a double (with air conditioning/Heating) that has steps down to the garden.

Outside, in front of the swimming pool, there is a new bathroom with a shower.

An external stairway leads from the garden to a large rooftop terrace with splendid views. In the attractive, lush garden is a large swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, table and chairs under a sheltered trellis and a barbecue.
