Equipment
The villa has a large bright cozy living and dining room and features a dining table and seating area. The spacious kitchen has an electric four-burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed which also gives access to the bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Also a bedroom with two single beds with an adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
In the master bedroom it is possible to add a bed or a cot. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, heat resistant roller shutters and a fan.

An outside staircase leads to the sun terrace, which occupies the entire top floor. From the solarium you have a wonderful sea view and the underlying nature. The terraced garden at the front contains the private pool with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table. Attached to the house you will find a covered terrace, also with furniture.
The rear of the villa has a shaded terrace where you can cool off during hot days.

Environment
Our detached villa with private pool in Monte Y Mar is located in a quiet area of Gran Alacant. From the rooftop terrace you have a magnificent view over the Mediterranean and the mountains. Gran Alacant is situated north of the fishing town of Santa Pola and at 10 km from the city of Alicante. The international airport at El Altet is at a distance of 8 km. The villa is approximately 1500 meters from the beach Carabassi with green fields and sand dunes. Park, restaurants, bars, pubs, internet café, bank, bakery, gift shop and a supermarket are within walking distance. In 1.5 km you will find a shopping center with supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona.

Bus stops are 400 meters from the villa. A (free) train will take you to and from the beach.

Environment
A pleasant day trip is e.g. the island Tabarca. It is just 1800 meters long and 400 meters wide. It has a small village, whose defensive walls are still intact. To get there you can take the boat from Santa Pola. Nature is simple, but around the island it is beautiful diving and snorkeling. Alicante, the capital of the province, is a seaside resort, a perfect place to winter and has an international airport to the center of the Costa Blanca.

The city of Alicante has a busy port, vibrant nightlife, excellent cuisine, white beaches, beautiful sea promenade and a culture historical architecture, in short, an interesting city that has something to offer to everyone. On the Costa Blanca you will find interesting cities like Benidorm, Murcia and Valencia. Many terraces serve delicious seafood, paella and sangria. But for sports enthusiasts the Costa Blanca has much to offer. There are many hiking and cycling routes to find . There are also plenty of water sports including water skiing, diving, parasailing and banana-riding. Nature lovers can visit the national park of Cabo de Gata or the palm grove in Elche. Torrevieja has a large water park, where young and old can enjoy a full day. In short, the Costa Blanca is an ideal holiday destination.
