The location couldn't be better; this gorgeous 5 bedroom detached house overlooks the designer golf & country club La Resina on the prestigious New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona.
This is a perfect base for holidays with the family & golf lovers. Selwo safari park is close by, and your are just minutes from the 21km stretch of sandy beach, and the resorts of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is plenty to keep you going if you can tear yourself away from the pool!
This family home is decorated with very good taste, and is fully equipped for children and babies whilst not compromising on quality.
Inside
Home comforts & mod-cons are plentiful; Wifi connection (pay as you go), Siemens equipped kitchen complete with charcoal-steam grill & hotplate. BBQ and beer fridge on the terrace.
Integrated MP3 player with speakers indoors & out, 50 inch flatscreen TV plus further TV sets in the den & master bedroom. Spa bath in master suite, hot tub in the garden, and all fully equipped with toys, games & baby gear, to take away the stress for Mum & Dad, and offer a winning holiday for all the family!
The house is split into two sleeping areas; 3 double/twin bedrooms on the first floor & breathtaking views from the upstairs terrace across the lush golf & country club, then on the lower ground floor is a large "den" style bedroom with 3 or 4 beds perfect for the kids, and leading through to another large bedroom with double bed and space for 2 extra singles or cots.
The house can sleep up to 13 people in beds, and 2 more on an Italian-sprung sofa bed in the sitting room. We can also provide additional cots and baby equipment to meet your needs. There are stair-gates on both stairs for peace of mind, and a baby monitor is provided.
Outside
The swimming pool is very family friendly - it is set away from the house, shared with just a handful of neighbours.
The pool as well as the garden of the house are completely gated for childrens safety. The other house owners are mainly expats, so the pool is often empty! There is a shallow section for little legs, and sunbeds & sail shade for Mums & Dads.
If the attractions along the Costa del Sol are not enough to keep all the family happy, we also have 4 sets of golf clubs for Dad (or Mum!), and contacts with local mobile beauticians for a little at-home pampering for well deserving yummy mummies! And if you fancy being a little more adventurous? We also have a speed boat for hire just along the road in San Pedro! (with a valid pilots license)
There is English-speaking assistance on hand during your stay, and an additional maid service can be arranged together with a pre-arrival shopping service and baby pack. If you fancy some grown-up time out, perhaps to enjoy one of the fabulous restaurants or the exclusive beach clubs, then please do ask us too about holiday babysitting.
