This is real luxury in the hills of the New Golden Mile. The living space is just amazing. The main living room is South East facing with glass doors that open all the way back giving an outdoor, indoor feel. High ceiling, large L-shaped sofa, flat plasma screen T.V and a beautiful glass fireplace gives a perfect elegant setting for relaxation. Or if you prefer a more laid back, chilled out space just move into the next room, also with terrace access. The dining area is neatly located between the living room, behind the fireplace and the kitchen with terrace access.

The kitchen is splendid with everything you need including a cocktail shaker! The island counter has bar stools for when having a quick bite as well as the five electric hobs. There is a large fridge/freezer with an ice maker and to top it off 2 ovens, microwave and coffee maker!

All the bedrooms have double beds, T.V and are en-suite. One of the guest bedrooms is located downstairs with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also patio access. The other guest bedroom is upstairs with a small wrap around balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath tub and has access to an amazing terrace that covers the patio downstairs.

The outside of this gated villa is perfect for families, friends and golfers alike. The gated garden is spacious with plenty of patio space for dining and relaxing. There are also sun beds, a canopied lounge bed and an out door fire. Finally there is the infinity pool with steps leading into the shallow end and views of the coast that will never tire.

LOCATION
Los Flamingos Golf Resort is located 2.5 KM from the beach on the New Golden Mile, behind Cancelada. Los Flamingos is a gated resort and boasts of 3 18 hole golf courses, Los Flamingos, Alferini and Tramores, a natural lake and of course the world famous Villa Padeirna Spa Hotel. As well as a spa with 8 saunas, Villa Padierna has a racquet and paddle club and 5 restaurants / cafes.

A short drive to the New Golden Mile reveals two supermarkets and plenty more restaurants. Also close by is Laguna village and of course miles upon miles of beaches. The nearest towns are San Pedro and Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. It is a ′true slice′ of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza (San Pedro) or Plaza de las flores (Estepona) dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.

Notes spéciales
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the villa. The other 75% of the rent is due 8 weeks before arrival to the villa. The minimum stay in the villa is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €1500 in cash on arrival to the villa. This will be refunded on the departure date after a thorough check of the villa. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the villa. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the villa. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
