This prime location apartment block is called Playasol III, was built in 2004 and is on Denia's coast road about 1km (10 minutes walk along the promenade) from the centre of town. There is a communal swimming pool and a garden, both of which are maintained to a very high standard.

The apartment itself has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a spacious conservatory/dining room. The main terrace is very large and faces south-east so gets full sun from sunrise to early evening. Four sunloungers are available for use. The kitchen has a small terrace which gets sun in the afternoon. The master bedroom also has a small terrace facing the sea and overlooking the garden and pool.

The location is ideal, being so close to the town centre in one direction and in easy walking distance in the other direction there is an Aldi supermarket, cafe, newsagent and hardware store with some lovely restaurants, more sandy beaches and a park a little further along.

There is so much to see and do within easy walking distance from the apartment that a car is not necessary. However, I would recommend hiring a car as there are many other places to visit outside Denia, including the golf course at the Marriott Hotel about 10 kilometres away. The towns of Javea, Moraira, Altea and others are within east driving distance and well worth exploring.

Alicante airport is about a 90 minute drive to the south of Denia while Valencia airport is a similar distance north. There is an allocated parking space in the secure underground carpark.

The accomodation is on 2 levels. Upstairs is the main bedroom (with its own terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and sea), 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs, just off the lounge is the 2nd bedroom and bathroom, also the kitchen with its terrace. Off the lounge is a newly built large conservatory on the main terrace. The main terrace faces south east and is in full sun for almost the whole day.
