This property is a well appointed large one bedroom apartment comprising of one double bedroom with double mirror wardrobes and a safe. The lounge has a Sofabed providing the possibility to sleep 2 children. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV linked to Freeview which provides over 100 channels. Attached is a DVD/CD player. The Bathroom has been recently fitted comprising of a Shower, Washbasin and Toilet. The kitchen, also recently fitted boasts a full four ring ceramic hob and oven. There is a Microwave which also doubles as an oven. The Kitchen also has a tall fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom (Remote controlled) There is a heater for the cooler evenings. The apartment has double glazed windows for insulation and sound. Cots and Highchairs can be provided on request. All bed linen and towels (Except beach towels) are provided and changed weekly.
Just 30 metres away is a beautiful private communal pool and garden area. It is open from April through till September. There is a rooftop terrace which can be used for sun bathing and the drying of washing. The beach is only a 3 minutes stroll away. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the vacinity, quite a few with FREE WIFI. There is a bus stop situated 30 metres away for your convenience. Car parking is free in all the nearby streets.
