We have 2 two bedroom apartments for short term rental in this complex.
The complex is centrally located to all amenities and boasts a swimming pool on the first floor which has sunshades whilst sunbathing.
The apartment has a double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, twin bedroom with single beds, fitted wardrobes, drawers.
The kitchen has fan oven, four ring halogen hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and all utensils.
The living room has a leather suite, coffee table, 42" plasma, with free to view channels, wall lights and reading lamp, video and dvd player, radio.
The large balcony has table and chairs and there are recliners for use round the pool it you wish.
The bathroom has wc, sink, and bath with shower over the bath.
The apartment has coin metered air conditioning/heating for your convenience.

There are many attractions close by and this in 2011 a beautiful butterfly park opened. Look out for discount prices.
The popular Paloma Park is a 5 - 10 minute walk away, you can sit in the many cafe bars and watch the world go by, feed the ducks, take a picnic or try the outdoor exercise equipment if you feel fit enough!!!.
The train station at Arroyo de la Miel is a steady 15 minute walk if you wish to travel further distances. Here you are close to the market which takes place every Friday, or take a ride up in the cable car up Calamorro Mountain and take in the wonderful sights, on a clear day you can see North Africa. A one way trip to Malaga airport costs €1.85 per person (as at May 2012)
Also in the spanish village of Arroyo is the theme park Tivoli World with its many rides, fountains and walks. Ideal for children of all ages.
On the ground floor of the complex is a delicious traditional tapas bar, so if looking for a really relaxing holiday, why not lie back on the sunbed, take a cool dip in the recently renovated pool whilst your lunch is being cooked.
Benalmadena is a lovely place to take your holiday, whether you want to chill with a bottle of wine on the balcony or be more active with the many water sports available.
Puerta Marina is just a stroll away, and you can admire the wonderful yachts and boats, people watch or try one of the many international good priced restaurants there.
The apartments are close to Bonanza Square where there is an array of restaurants and very well priced bars.
