This "apartment in Nerja" has a 75 sq meters Livingroom, 2 bedrooms and American kitchen. In one bedroom queensize bed in the other singelbed. In livingroom sofa bed sleeps up to 2 140 cm wide. The living room also has Massage chair TV, dvd, CD-player
Kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, gas cooker with oven, fully equipped w/ pots and kitchen utensils, deep fryer, kettle, toaster.
Bathroom: bathtub, shower.Washing machine
"Air conditioning" is provided in the living room + an extra radiator. Ceiling fans in all rooms and 2 ceiling fans in the living room.
This "Nerja apartment" has easy access, steps to house being minimal. A ramp is provided to give access to the "Communal Pool" and good stairs in the pool. Ideal for those who have have problems walking and need to use a Villa also has a WIFI Pay as you go internet connection.
The "Large Communal Pool" area has showers and toilets with fantastic views and is open daily from 9am to 10pm at night from April until October.
The apartment is ideally situated for those people who prefer peace and tranquility.
La Noria has a beautiful restaurant which is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The flat and the pool area enjoy beautiful views from the terrace both to the sea and the pool area has sun all day until the sun goes down at night.
Plenty of parking outside.
Bus stop is 5 minutes walk.
10 minutes drive to nearest golf course Baviera 2 hours drive to skiing in winter. Close to the mountains for climbing, walking etc. Caves for speleology and caving 10 minutes drive.
Nerja / Punta Lara area

Granada, Seville, Cordoba, and Ronda, are also within easy reach, and boast the most wonderful architecture and views.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with a television that receives Freeview English channels. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe.
