The downstairs living area boasts 3 lounges, a formal dining room, plus a sun lit breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen. On this level there is a downstairs toilet and cloakroom. The large hall entrance leads to the original, grand oak staircase.
There is a beautiful glass and stone porch accessed via the sitting room, overlooking one of the formal gardens. The sitting room has the original stone fire place with antique glass.
The sofa bed is located in the third lounge giving privacy should guests be using the formal lounge or sitting room.
The formal dining room can host up to 10 persons.
An additional single bed can be easily added to the bunk bed room if required.

This property offers a variety of eating areas, to relax and enjoy the varitable local delicacies. With a formal dining area, a Breakfast room, outside stone standing table in the generously spaced Bar b Que terrace and intimate areas such as the Sun Terrace Room and Garden Terrace.

The Wash Room and Utility Area is located below the property by the Fruit Orchard & Vineyard.

There is a delightful, pool Pergola, offering a shaded area ideal forcooling down during the heat of the mid day sun, or may be used as another outdoor dining area.

We would welcome monthly rentals, giving a discount for the longer duration.
Prices are based on up to 8 persons sharing. However, using the sofa bed in the third lounge or an additional single in the bunk bed room, we are able to accommodate a 9th or 10th person. There is an additional charge of 100 euros per night, per person.
There is a 1500 euro 'breakage or excessive cleaning deposit' charge which will be held by us for up to 10 days after your departure. This will be returned via a bank transfer once the property has been fully checked.
At an additional charge there is available a daily housekeeper service. Please ask for further details.
All pool, garden and utility charges are included.
Also included for durations of 14 nights or more, is a change of bed linen and towels, plus a general clean through of the property, once a week.
At our descretion, we will advise the payment structure to complete the full and final balance.
