Apartamento Estilo is a new, two bedroom apartment in the stylish Altos del Higueron develpoment just three kilometres west of the old white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. The apartment has a large terrace and spectacular views across the Mediterranean and, on a clear morning, you can see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa. The apartments have beautifully maintained and two large swimming pools as well as a spacious terrace area. Estilo has its own dedicated garage with remote controlled access and lift to the apartment level.
The accommodation comprises a spacious living area with cool marble floors and incorporates a dining table and chairs. The 32” flatscreen TV has its own freesat system with all of the UK terrestrial channels. Adjacent to the living room is the compact but fully equipped kitchen with feature counter top. There is also a dishwasher. The living room has full length glass doors to the terrace where there is a dining table and chairs so you can enjoy lunch in the shade. The main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and also doors to the terrace. There is a second, twin-bedded room and a shower room also.
Altos del Higueron has its own shopping centre with a large Carrefour supermarket with excellent quality at low prices. Also in the shopping centre are an Italian restaurant, the Tre Galline which is beautifully designed and has good food to eat in or take away. Next to this is the newsagents which also sells books, games, toys, beach items and tobacco products. If you enjoy tapas then the Taberna de la Frasca is perfect for you; sit outside on the terrace and have a leisurely lunch with a glass of chilled Rioja – takeaways too. Just a little further on is the Nirvana Indian restaurant where husband and wife team Jim & Meena produce high quality cuisine to suit your personal taste. Finally there is the Punto Rojo famous for its Paella and other Mediterranean specialities; enjoy morning coffee on the decked terrace or take your laptop as this is a free WiFi zone. All this literally on your doorstep.
Bus services to Mijas and Torremolinos are very close at hand as is the taxi rank. All in all Estilo apartment is ideally placed for that perfect family holiday – a real home-from-home.
