This well apportioned and subtly decorated apartment is on the first line just in front of the best beach in Mojacar, the Playa Ventanicas, with it's long promenade ideal for walks in the mornings and early evenings taking in the sights and sounds of Mojacar Playa. The beach is very sandy, very wide and very clean and just a sort walk away is a wide variety of family friendly restaurants, bars and shops

The apartment has three double bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a large living/dining room and a 25sqm terrace complete with outdoor dining furniture, all rooms are fully air conditioned. The apartment is well equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV, chair, sofa etc.

There is a large resident's swimmingpool directly behind the apartment set in a landscaped garden providing an ideal retreat for all the family.

The romantic hilltop town of Mojacar is just 50 minutes drive from Almeria Airport, two hours from Alicante Airport and less than two hours from Murcia Airport. It is quite unlike most other coastal towns in Spain, here you will not find high-rise buildings and intensive tourist developments but slightly more restrained and considered facilities. Mojacar playa enjoys over 17 kms of blue flag beaches and 320 days of sunshine a year with average temperatures ranging from 12C in winter to 27C in summer.

Mojacar has plenty of great family friendly places to eat and drink and offers some very good golf courses nearby, Playa Macenas and Club Marina being two, there is a water park at the nearby village of Vera and the sets for many Holywood "paella western" movies at Oasys, Western Theme Park of Tabernas Desert are also worth a visit.
