Charming villa with two bedrooms with two beds each one, lounge, kitchen and bathroom, 75 square meters very functional, ideal for four people.
On the porch we have a table with chairs and umbrella, so you can enjoy breakfast or a cookout or a romantic dinner at the chilly night, as well as four private sun beds and a portable barbecue.
The house is fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans.
How sports can be practiced in Conil we recommend horseback riding, tennis, paddle tennis, hiking, bike rides, angling from shore, etc.
For the environment surrounding our farm you can enjoy bike rides and hiking and enjoy the tree and shrub species typical of our area.
Also very close to our farm is a riding school where you can make a visit to see animals and if you urge riding.
To play tennis, have a municipal court character very affordable prices. So we also have very close to each paddle.
The House is located in Conil de la Frontera, on a 30 km from Cadiz (South-East along the coast). Nearest airport is Jerez (40 minutes by car)and Seville (150 km). The House is situated 3 km from the Centre of Conil (small fishing village that in the summer many tourists still remained but beyond is typical), in a quiet area. Within walking distance (a small hour count) is the Sea (at 5 minutes by car). Beautiful beaches.
Here some information about the House itself: it was built in 1999 and it is located on the road between the village and the small port of Conil in a rural and quiet area. It has al comfort (fireplace, spacious bathroom, ironing equipment, blankets, TV, washing machine, chimney and 2 kitchen with stove and oven, freezer, microwave oven…) and for the summer there are deckchairs, umbrellas and chairs for the large terrace that South west is oriented. There is also a large garden where there is no glimpse of the street or neighbours. Total area is +/-10 areas. There are 2 large rooms and between them is the large bathroom with bath and 2 sinks. Conil is on a 3 km and the port is 2 km walk half an hour is the sea On. (5 minutes by car). People can also make walks in the neighborhood and along the coast.

Het huis is gelegen te Conil de la Frontera, op een 30 km van Cadiz (ten zuidoosten ervan langs de kust). Dichtsbijzijnd vliegveld is Jerez (40 minuten met de auto). Het huis is gelegen op 3 km van het centrum van Conil (klein vissersdorpje dat in de zomer wel veel toeristen ontvangt maar daarbuiten nog typisch is gebleven), in een rustige wijk . Op wandelafstand (wel een klein halfuurtje rekenen) is de zee (per auto op 5 minuutjes). Prachtige stranden.
Hierbij wat informatie over het huis zelf: het is gebouwd in 1999 en het is gelegen op de weg tussen het dorp en de kleine haven van Conil in een landelijk en rustig gelegen gebied. Het heeft allecomfort (open haard, ruime badkamer, strijkgerief, dekens, televisie, wasmachine, schoorsteen en 2 straalkachel, uitgebreide keuken met o.a. diepvries en microgolfoven) en voor de zomer zijn er ligzetels, parasols en stoelen voor het groot terras dat zuid-west is geörienteerd. Er is ook een grote tuin waar er geen inkijk is van de straat of buren. Totale oppervlakte is +/- 10 are. Er zijn 2 grote kamers en ertussen is de grote badkamer met ligbad en 2 lavabo's. Op 3 km is Conil en de haven is op 2 km. Op een halfuurtje wandelen is de zee (per auto op 5 minuten). Men kan ook wandelingen maken in de buurt en langs de kust.
