The villa consists of two floors and surrounding terrace with pool and green lawns. Inside are five bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, two living rooms with fireplaces, round bar and a guest toilet.

Inside the entrance you are met by the ground plane's center, a round bar dressed in Andalusian mosaics. To the right there are two double bedrooms and bathroom respectively, to the left there is a bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom. If you continue past the bar you get to the bottom of the plane's living room with fireplace and two double patio doors leading to terrace and pool.

The pool has diving depth on one side and is therefore not suitable for children. The terrace is equipped with sun beds and tables and chairs to eat out warmer days.

Upstairs is the master bedrom located with light decor and mahogany furniture. Newly renovated kitchen in 2011 with a dining area for early golf breakfasts and open design to the living room with fireplace. Dining room with seating for 20 people and sliding windows to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. There is also a built-in barbecue for dining at home. At the upstairs there is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom.

Private parking outside the garage with space for two cars.
