We are delighted to be able to offer our clients Villa Loretta which is new to the holiday rental market and we are marketing on behalf of the owners.
This beautiful Lanzarote villa is in a prime location on the cliff top in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. For those who know the area it is located just in front of Villa Benedicte. It has superb views of the Old Town, the harbour and beyond across the sea. Newly furnished in a modern style it has a super new kitchen and refurbished bathrooms. The spacious lounge has been stylishly furnished and has dual aspect views. The sea view terrace is partially covered and has access from both the kitchen and lounge. There are three bedrooms , two doubles and a twin room. To the side of the villa is the private pool and barbecue terrace. The pool will be heated in the winter months (November to April) has steps for entry and is surrounded by terracing and flower borders. The pool is a good size for those who wish to swim but there is also space around for sunbeds for those who prefer to relax and watch the swimmers.
For the all important al-fresco dining there is in a shaded area by the pool.
Easy access to the coastal walkway via the steps or zig zag take you down to the harbour with a ten minute stroll. If you really feel you don’t want to leave the villa then the nearby supermarket and English butcher will have all you need to eat at home. Your nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes away! Relax and enjoy Villa Loretta – an addition to our Lanzarote villas.
