This is top apartment with few stairs leading to the main entrance door, from the allocated parking space on the street .It is furnished to high standard with carefully chosen matching furniture. When you enter to the property you are welcomed with lightness and brightness, clean and fresh.
The white bunk beds are fitted well in the smaller bedroom and in the master bedroom two single beds can be put together or be separated, depends on your wishes. The communal pool is not far away, but far enough not to hear the noise from it. The third communal pool is just one street below and can be nicely seen from the terrace. By the communal pool there is a residents bar serving food and drinks and occasionally there is also night time entertainment with live music or karaoke.
The sun loungers are free and plentiful, the kids play area is well fenced and secure. It is very trendy place where people return every please come and try, I am sure you will not be disappointed.
Cumbre Del Sol is a mountain that is nicely positioned between Moraira , Benitachel and Javea towns. This is a residential area situated away from all the noise and traffic. The nearest local Cumbre beach is just a two minutes drive. On the pebble beach are two bars serving paella and fish dishes. The Cumbre beach called Moraig is very dramatic with high peaks leaning over it and with its very unspoilt scenery is a perfect place to unwind. The local shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. You can find a supermarket, chemist, bank, newsagent, and various cuisine restaurants. On the Cumbre is a National Park with stunning walks along the coast with wild flowers, rosemary and thyme growing in abundance. This part of Spain was recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. There are many local fiestas which take place during the year and visitors are made most welcome. On fiesta days the towns are transformed to one big street party, not forgetting running bulls to the sea. There are weekly local markets where you can buy a range of items from vegetables to small furniture. The buzzing atmosphere needs to be experienced.
If you like to play Golf it is well catered for, with 13 excellent clubs on the Costa Blanca and having four within and around, the Cumbre Del Sol area.
