This holiday home in Ortenbach is situated in a calm area outside town, but near everything you could need to enjoy a great holiday in Calpe. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other two singles that can be put together or separated if needed. Both bathrooms have sink, bidet and toilet. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bath that can also be used as a shower. There is a large lounge/dining room with a dining table, chairs, sofa and lounger. Satellite T.V. also included, with various channels in English, French, German and Spanish. During the hot summer months, there is a fan in every room to keep cool. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, iron and ironing board, washing machine and kettle. Outside there is a large garden with a pergola and various tables and chairs. A large 8,5x4,5 swimming is surrounded by an ample terrace with a built-up barbeque and exterior shower. Terrace furniture includes 4 sunbeds and table and chairs for 4. The villa has two floors but only the top floor is rented. The bottom floor remains empty. There is also an upstairs, covered balcony, ideal to sit and relax and enjoy the views. There is also private parking for 1 vehicle. The nearest supermarket is only 400m away. Restaurants and the beach are 1,6km from the villa.
