Our bright and airy second floor duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(both en suite) together with a large lounge with TV and leather sofas and a dining area. It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and it has 3 terraces which ensure sunshine all day and give wonderful views of the local mountains and surrounding area. We have independent air conditioning ( hot & cold) in both bedrooms and the living room and the apartment has its own private parking space in the underground car park with lift access to the complex.There is also 24 hour security on site.

La Maestranza is an ideal destination for families, couples and golfers and has 3 pools ( 1 half Olympic size,1 children & toddler pool and 1 all year round heated pool) all surrounded by beautifully maintained mediterranean gardens. The complex has supermarkets,pharmacies,shops,restaurants and bars all within 2 minutes walk.

The exciting and upmarket resort of Puerto Banus is about 10 minutes walk away where you can enjoy designer shops,a fantastic range of restaurants and a marina that is full of luxury boats.There are also sandy beaches with umbrellas and loungers for hire.

The area is surrounded by golf courses (in fact the area is known as golf valley!) and virtually all welcome non members on a daily or longer basis and most have equipment hire facilities.

For those wishing to explore further,the bustling towns of Marbella and Estepona are a short drive away and in the hills the white villages of Istan,Ojen,Caceres and Ronda are well worth a visit.

The nearest airport is Malaga (approx.55kms) where you can hire a car or take a bus or a taxi to the apartment. The journey by car will take about 45 minutes. Taxis will cost about 80euros. Buses go regularly to Marbella from where you can take a taxi.

Internet access is available in the complex.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terraces but please extinguish cigarettes carefully. In general entry time to the apartment is 17.00 and exit time 11.00 .
