Less than one hour from the airport in Almeria, San Juan de los Terreros is located only 8 km from the busy fishing port of Aguilas and just 12 km from Pulpi, the capital of the municipality to which it belongs. The complex is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach with only a walking and biking path in between to encourage the morning exercise routine. The pool and Jacuzzi are only steps away providing additional forms of exercise plus a refreshing cleanse from the warm sun that shines 300 days a year. History buffs will be intrigued by the castle constructed in 1764 located a short distance from the complex.

Unobstructed views as you are enjoying your morning coffee from the Spanish tiled patio will encourage all who venture to visit this outstanding location to return on a regular basis. The villa has three levels with one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second. The roof-top solarium provides not only a breathtaking view of the ocean but also a shower to remove the perspiration from an invigorating afternoon reading.
