"Casa Ruiz" is a Villa to five minutes of the town, of the beach, by car.

The place is calm and sunny.
When you arrive to the house you can park the car inside the house, in the garage.

5º room: it has one single bed and a bathroom with shower too.
On this floor, there is a big terrace where you can sunbathing.
If you look at your left you see de big kitchen (aprox. 40 m2) with a table and chairs for to eat something.
If you go straight on, you look the great door nazari style.
And to open it, you will see the iluminated and spacious living room of rustic and clasic style.
To go outside to the terrace you can see the impresionant it, with the flowers a lot of colours; the sun, with the light; the landscape to the beach and the town;the swimingpool, with the ring water and the birdsing.
And the end, there is a barbacoe next to the swimingpool, where you can cook roast meet o fish.
