A beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with 2 bathrooms, situated near the town of Mojacar, The apartment is situated on the Valle de Este Golf course which is an 18-hole golf course designed by José Canales, paying careful attention to every detail and integrating the course into the surrounding landscape. This apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished it sleeps 4 people and has all the modern amenities; dish washer, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge freezer; it is connected to British Satellite TV. It is fully air-conditioned and heated. The living room is spacious and furnished with comfortable sofa and armchair, a dining room table and 4 chairs and a sideboard. There is a fully fitted bathroom with shower and bath and bidet and a smaller bathroom with shower only. There is a terrace with stunning views of the country side and sea with a table and 4 chairs. The apartment has its own private roof terrace with stunning views of sea and mountains. The complex has a big pool and gardens. Valle de Este resort has a hotel, spa and gymnasium and restaurants. The property has the full use of the Valle De Este Beach Club complex which is situated on the front line of Vera Beach and is only a 10 minute drive away. There are restaurants a café and bar a large swimming pool and beautiful green areas for relaxing. There is a water sports club with sailing, Jet Ski’s and many more activities. The very popular Golf course is only 10 minutes drive away from the beaches of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar with many shops and restaurants and other attractions, including the historic village of Mojacar, a beautiful whitewashed hilltop village that dates back to the days of the Moors. Garrucha is an old fishing port, where the daily catch arrives every evening and is sold by auction on the quayside – very popular with the visitors. There are many excellent seafood restaurants to choose from along the coast. In addition to the enjoyment of the nearby beaches and water activities, inland exploring is recommended to find the many rural villages and views that are to be found in the beautiful mountains surrounding the area. The area in general, with it's wonderful weather offers a wide range of interests to holidaymakers - relaxing on the beach and/or pursuing more active pastimes. During the winter, skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains is only a little over 2 hours away.
